Apex BrandU may include AI-assisted tools that process prompts, brand information, profile data, content drafts, uploaded materials, campaign details, or other user-provided information to generate or recommend content.

AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing, sending, relying on, or using commercially. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs for accuracy, originality, legality, compliance, and suitability for your business.

Depending on the feature, data may be processed by third-party AI providers or infrastructure providers solely as needed to provide the service, improve reliability, maintain security, or support platform functionality.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
